Project Overview
As part of a multi-unit crane program for Schlumberger's Ahmadi operations, Al Eid Engineering installed a DEMAG 5-ton EOT crane serving the site's laboratory facility.
The installation ran from column baseplate grouting — pictured in the gallery — through runway erection to crane installation and commissioning, executed inside an operational facility with minimal disruption to Schlumberger's business activities.
The wider program delivered five 5-ton overhead cranes across different workshop and service areas of the facility, each load-tested and certified individually, completed with zero safety incidents.
