Job Summary
Al Eid Engineering Co. is seeking a qualified Project Engineer to manage the delivery of lifting systems, industrial equipment installations, and civil support works for clients across Kuwait's government, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from planning through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate with client engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Review technical submittals, drawings, and equipment specifications
- Supervise installation activities and conduct quality inspections
- Manage procurement timelines and vendor coordination
- Prepare progress reports, as-built documentation, and handover packages
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and client HSE requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 3-7 years of experience in project engineering within industrial or infrastructure sectors
- Experience with crane/lifting systems or industrial equipment preferred
- Familiarity with Kuwait regulatory environment and government project procedures
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with KOC, KNPC, MEW, or similar client environments
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Arabic language skills
